(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established this Privacy Policy to outline how we collect, process, and use the personal data of users of the Lumine One FSS Food Safety APP (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). We are committed to complying with relevant laws and regulations to ensure the security and proper management of personal data and privacy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to business activities conducted by the Company on behalf of clients, such as providing data through third-party services mandated by governmental policies or regulations. The use of such data is governed by the access and usage agreements of the client's business activities.

We receive information from trusted partners for purposes such as fraud prevention, abuse detection, and security threat mitigation, as well as marketing vendors providing potential customer information. We also collect publicly available information from the internet to develop service-supporting models.

The Service may experience interruptions or failures due to issues such as mobile signal problems or system base stations. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Agreement Party: The user agreeing to these terms (including but not limited to individuals or legal entities) (hereinafter referred to as "Party B")
For the cooperation on the Lumine One FSS Food Safety APP (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"), Uni-Information Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") is the developer and service provider of the Project. Based on the needs of cooperation, Party A (the Disclosing Party) and Party B (the Receiving Party) mutually agree that Party B shall be obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all information disclosed by Party A. Accordingly, the parties agree as follows in this Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"):
Confidential information refers to any information related to the Project provided by Party A to Party B after the actual activation of this service (based on GMT+8 time zone), in any form, including electronic files, paper documents, oral communication, etc., regardless of whether it is marked confidential. It includes but is not limited to the content of this Agreement, meeting records, correspondence (written, emails, instant messages, etc.), product items, patents, licenses, production processes, raw material sources, formulations, and technical details.
Confidential information may be disclosed through oral, written, fax, electronic transmission, or personal observation, among other means.
Party B shall ensure that all subcontractors, consultants, and employees (including new hires, current, and former staff) who may access the confidential information sign a confidentiality agreement not less stringent than this Agreement. Any breach by these personnel shall be deemed a breach by Party B.
The following information shall not be subject to confidentiality obligations if Party B provides written evidence:
Party B may only use the confidential information for purposes related to the Project or as designated in writing by Party A. Party B shall not use it for other purposes or allow third parties to benefit from it.
If Party B discloses any confidential information without Party A’s consent, Party B shall pay Party A NT$2,000,000 as a penalty and compensate for any additional damages.
Party A may request Party B to return or destroy all confidential information and its copies, and Party B shall provide a written declaration confirming such action.
The Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.
